AC Finance LLC was formed by Allied Capital in January 2006 to originate, structure, distribute and manage leveraged senior debt financings for middle market companies and private equity sponsors. The AC Finance team works seamlessly with Allied Capital private finance investment professionals to offer streamlined one stop financing options to our clients. We believe offering senior financing together with our traditional junior debt and buyout investments improves the speed of execution for transactions and simplifies the process for our clients. In addition to one stop transactions, the AC Finance team executes stand-alone senior financing transactions, further expanding Allied Capital’s capabilities to meet all of the financing needs of our clients. Moreover, with the strength and support of Allied Capital’s balance sheet, the AC Finance team is positioned to lead underwriting commitments up to $150 million.
